Trenton Bike Tour 2012

Trenton Bike Tour 2012

Saturday May 19th several bicycle fans will hit the streets for the annual Trenton Bike Tour.  This ride is organized by TCR-Trenton Cycling Revolution.  www.trentoncycling.org

In a recent conversation with TCR Chair Dan Fatton he shared the details about the ride including the start time and location; 8:30am at the William Trent House.  www.williamtrenthouse.org

The 15 mile ride will be completed in a leisurely manner with escorts by the Trenton Police Department.

He is expecting to have over 200 riders from a diverse background and skill set.  Although a majority of the ride will done on the streets of Trenton some off road riding will be done so a mountain or hybrid bike would work best.

There will be a rest stop at Columbus Park which will be the midway point.  Entertainment and light refreshments will be provided.

At the conclusion of the ride Trenton Social will offer a 20% discount to participants.  BTW Social even has a bike rack in the rear of the building.  www.trentonsocial.com
The weather is looking good, hopefully I will see you and remember to keep the shiny side up!
